A Rose Quartz Crystal
Fresh Roses or a single Rose or one single pink flower
A scented candle, can be Rose, Jasmine etc pick a relaxing scent that you personally like
A Picture of yourself
A 10ml or 25 ml Amber bottle of Emotional Empowerment oil blend
Each day take a few minutes to sit in front of your alter light the candle, let its fragrance embrace the room. Take a few deep breaths, allowing your mind to unwind. Continue until quietness occurs.
