Do not be distracted by what other are telling you, understand everything that you are feeling, you are an individual and it's truly you’re feelings no matter whether it fits into the box of the others around you or not, no one outside of yourself can tell you how you truly feel, it is for you to accept and go into it.

Do not turn away from it. Do not try to make it into something that fits into the third density box of illusion and drama. Just let it be you, no matter how strange you might think it is, if you can, accept the fact that you are an individual soul, you're in a physical body on planet Earth and you're experiencing your life in your way, you do not have to comply to the people around you telling you how it should be, telling you how it is only acceptable to be this or to be that, this is not your truth, you are the true being in your own right, receive your own way of being, accepting that very bizarre sensations that you get sometimes and wonder if you're going mad, no! you're not.

You are just getting the sensation of new energy within you as your true being, so consent to it, do not be diverted from it by others. Each person is dealing and experiencing it with this in their own individual way.

That is why there's so much chaos, because it's sending chaotic thoughts through your brain, you don't know how to explain it or what it is. It can be an emotional outburst or
sadness or laughter, people are confused, but they are experiencing’, please just accept how you're experiencing this as it is yours.

You don't even have to tell others about it, go into it in your own way and find out for yourself that this what you're impression is, it is your true being? Accept it and embrace it and be content with it because it is a very wonderful gift that you've been given.

Bring up your children in the same way, do not try to change them. Let them be their true being even if they do not fit into the box, don't make them fit in, bring your children into the new way of being, the natural way of their response without all the restrictions of the social mores the third density illusion of earth Be love.
