When you truly connect to your Guardian Angel your life changes and you start to see "the bigger picture" on your life. Here is a meditation to help you connect to your Guardian Angel.
First relax and play some soothing relaxing music.
Concentrate on your breath, Inhale deep into your stomach, then exhale slowly. As you breath in visualise and feel light entering into the whole of your being. Slow down your breathing and quiet your mind.
Visualise a ray of light shining down on you, feel the light all around you, then become one with the light, feel that beautiful gentle light energy all around you and make this light part of you. Once you can truly feel and be part of this energy you can then ask your Guardian Angel to step into your energyfield. Feel the Angel stepping into your energyfield, the energy is pure and full of love. Once you have made this connection ask your Angel any questions you may have or show themselves to you. Remember to quiet your mind, let only love, light and peace enter.
Once you have spent some time with your guardian Angel, feel your prescence back into the here and now and bring your energy down to your feet. It is very important to ground yourself after meditation.
I hope you try this at home. Once you have made the connection you will start to feel the angels prescence daily and can call upon their guidance at any time.
